One file, one person
The person who assembles your package is the person who reads the reviewer’s comments and the person who answers the phone. Nothing is handed to a queue.
Who you are dealing with
DG Precise Permitting & Engineering exists for one reason: the paperwork side of a construction job should not be the thing that decides whether your crew works next week.

⚠ PLACEHOLDER CONTENT: NOT FOR PUBLICATION
The client has not yet supplied an owner biography, photograph or credentials. The paragraphs below are structural drafts showing what this section needs and roughly how long each part should run. Every factual claim must be replaced with something the owner can substantiate before this page goes live, because an unsupported claim about experience or results in Florida advertising is a real exposure, not a stylistic preference.
Needed from client: full name · photograph · years in the trade · prior roles (contractor? building department? expediting firm?) · any license or certification held · why the business was started · what they want to be known for.
[Draft: replace.] [Owner name] spent [N] years [in the trade / inside a building department / running submittals for a contractor] before starting DG Precise Permitting & Engineering. The pattern that kept repeating was always the same: good contractors losing weeks not because their work was wrong, but because a package went in short and nobody was watching the portal when the comments came back.
[Draft: replace.] DG Precise Permitting was built around that one failure. Every process here (the pre-filing checklist, the daily record check, the plain-language read of a reviewer’s comment) exists to close that specific gap.
“[Pull quote from the owner: one sentence, in their own words, about what they refuse to let happen to a client’s job.]”
[Owner name], DG Precise Permitting & EngineeringThe person who assembles your package is the person who reads the reviewer’s comments and the person who answers the phone. Nothing is handed to a queue.
A package filed a day earlier and returned twice is slower than a package filed a day later and accepted. We optimize for the cycle count, not the submit date.
If a scope needs an engineer, if a site condition adds a review track, if a job is going to be difficult, you hear it at scoping, not at first review.
We do not guarantee approvals or timelines, because we do not control them. We guarantee our own work and we are specific about where the line is.
The legal shape of it
It is worth being precise about this, because it protects you as much as us.
Permits are applied for and issued under your license. We act as your authorized agent on the jurisdiction’s own authorization form, which runs directly from you to us. We prepare and submit; we never sign an application as the applicant, never present ourselves as the contractor, and never use anyone else’s license.
We are also not a building department, a plans examiner, an engineer or an architect. We do not approve permits, we do not judge whether a design meets code, and we do not seal drawings. Where a scope needs a design professional, we will tell you early.
That is how nearly every working relationship here started.
