Lee County
The highest-volume county we work in, and the one still carrying the most rebuild activity. Unincorporated Lee plus five municipalities, each with its own intake.
Southwest Florida
We file across Lee, Collier and Charlotte counties and the municipalities inside them. The municipal boundary, not the county line, is where filings go wrong.

Collier and its municipalities run their own submittal culture: the documentation expectations here are noticeably different from Lee, and packages do not transfer between them unchanged.
North of Lee, with its own county intake and the City of Punta Gorda operating separately. Often the edge of a contractor’s comfortable radius, which is exactly when a filing agent earns their fee.
Working just outside this footprint? Ask. If we are not the right firm for a jurisdiction we do not file into regularly, we will say so rather than learn on your job.
What makes this region its own thing
The same re-roof does not submit identically in Cape Coral, Naples and Punta Gorda. Different forms, different intake checks, different portals. A package assembled for one and filed at another comes straight back.
An address inside a municipal boundary does not go to the county. Getting this wrong costs a full intake cycle, and it is the single most common mistake we see on transferred files.
Special flood hazard areas, the substantial-improvement threshold, coastal construction lines and elevation documentation are routine here in a way they are not elsewhere in Florida.
Fee schedules change on a date. Portals get replaced. Requirements shift after a storm season. We re-check the current requirement rather than working from what was true last year.
We will confirm which authority it falls under and what the submittal requires before you commit to anything.
